Our Solutions: Comprehensive Tree Assessments & Expert Arborist Services
At Xylo Logics, we offer a full spectrum of tree assessment and care solutions designed to meet the unique needs of homeowners, businesses, and property managers. Our services range from basic visual inspections to advanced risk assessments, ensuring trees are evaluated with precision and care. Whether you’re concerned about the stability of a tree, need guidance on tree maintenance, or require specialized arborist services, our expert team is here to help
Our Arborist Inspections deliver thorough evaluations of tree health, structure, and safety—ranging from preliminary ground-based assessments to full physical climbing evaluations. Whether you need a quick baseline health check or an in-depth canopy examination for high-value or high-risk trees, our certified arborists tailor the evaluation to your property's specific needs.
What may be included:
-
Visual & Structural Assessment: Ranging from ground-level visual observations (Level 1) to advanced climbing inspections (Level 3) for a 360-degree evaluation of limbs, branch attachments, and canopy integrity.
-
Tree Identification & Data: Measurement of tree height, crown spread, trunk diameter, and species cataloging.
-
Defect & Disease Detection: Identification of health concerns and hidden structural defects, including decay, cracks, cavities, fungal growth, and deadwood.
-
Actionable Reporting: A clear written report with photo documentation, diagnostic findings, and practical recommendations for treatment, preservation, pruning, or removal.
For a more detailed evaluation, we provide Level 1-3 Tree Risk Assessments, utilizing the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Tree Risk Assessment Form. This thorough diagnostic process assesses structural integrity, health concerns, and potential hazards.
Key Features:
-
Level 1: Ground-based assessment, similar to the Level 1 Arborist Inspection but with a focus on risk factors.
-
Level 2: Involves more in-depth investigation, which may include resistograph testing, sonic tomography, and aerial drone imaging to assess internal decay or defects.
-
Level 3: A climbing assessment, where the arborist ascends the tree to conduct a full structural evaluation, including hard-to-see areas in the canopy.
-
Evaluations are not limited to a single property—they can apply to trees overhanging property lines or posing risks to neighboring structures.
-
Comprehensive risk ratings and mitigation strategies provided.

Specialized Arborist Services
In addition to risk assessments, Xylo Logics provides a range of specialized arborist services tailored to tree health, preservation, and long-term sustainability.
We conduct detailed tree inventories, cataloging species, condition, and location. This is ideal for property owners managing large landscapes, HOAs, or commercial properties looking to maintain tree health and diversity.
For trees impacted by construction or property expansion, we develop customized protection and maintenance plans to minimize stress and damage. These plans help preserve valuable trees while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Looking to plant new trees? We provide expert guidance on species selection, site preparation, and planting strategies, along with long-term maintenance plans to ensure proper establishment and growth.
Need to remove a dead, dying, or high-risk tree under municipal tree codes? We perform on-site hazard assessments and provide certified arborist reports and documentation to help property owners secure city tree removal permits efficiently and legally.
Drone Retrieval & Rescue
For hard-to-reach situations, we offer drone retrieval and rescue services to safely recover stuck drones from trees without causing damage to either the drone or the tree.
Satisfied Customers
We'll only be using Xylo Logics from here on out. Josh taught us more in 15 minutes than every other arborist we've used in 15 years. He's helping our 100 yo white oak age gracefully in place.
Prompt, enthusiastic, and wicked smart, Josh also offers choices for tree care in simple, straightforward language that is responsive to your budget and your needs.
