Professional tree health, structural, and safety evaluations for homeowners, real estate professionals, HOAs, and property managers across Metro Atlanta.

At Xylo Logics, our certified arborists deliver ground-to-canopy inspections to catch silent issues early, protect property values, and guide long-term landscape care. Whether you need a simple baseline check or an advanced climbing assessment for a landmark tree, we tailor our process to your goals.

The 3 Levels of Arborist Inspections

We offer three distinct levels of visual and diagnostic evaluation:

  • Level 1: Ground-Based Visual Inspection

A preliminary ground-level assessment to evaluate visible structure, foliage, and obvious stress signs.

    • Best for: Fast baseline evaluations, home purchases, and routine checks.

    • Includes: Trunk/crown measurements, species ID, visual stress check, and summary report.

  • Level 2: Diagnostic Inspection

A detailed evaluation using specialized diagnostic tools when visual symptoms indicate hidden internal decay.

    • Best for: Trees with unexplained decline, root-collar decay, or suspected hollows.

    • Includes: Advanced diagnostic testing (non-invasive and non destructive GPR), root zone checks, and detailed photo reporting.

  • Level 3: Canopy Climbing Inspection

Our highest evaluation level. A certified arborist ascends the tree for a 360-degree, hands-on structural check of the upper canopy.

    • Best for: High-value hardwoods, storm-damaged limbs, and trees overhanging structures.

    • Includes: Full canopy check, branch union evaluation, photos inside the canopy, and prioritized preservation plans.

Inspection vs. Risk Assessment: What’s the Difference?

  • Arborist Health Inspections (This Page): Focuses on vitality, growth patterns, soil conditions, and general care. Think of it as a complete wellness checkup for your tree.

  • Tree Risk Assessments: Strictly evaluates structural safety, failure likelihood, and hazard targets under ISA standards.

What You Receive

  • Every inspection includes a written report featuring:

  • Precise tree identification and dimensions.

  • Photo documentation of defects or health issues.

  • Prioritized recommendations for care, pruning, or preservation.
